EBOLA: TWO CASES RECORDED IN CONGO



                      Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) has been known to evade Liberia, Sierra Leone ,Guinea,Nigeria but now feasible traces have been found in Democractic Republic of Congo where two deaths were recorded today, 24th August to make a total of 13 so far, Vox revealed. WHO is yet to trace where this came from and to know whether its related to other five kinds of the virus known. It is noted that this is the first case of Ebola outside West Africa.However, it is noted that Ebola Outbreak started in this region way back in 1976 and this region has been experiencing many outbreaks in the past.
                       Now, there is a great fear that it could spread to other continents like Europe, Asia and North America. Though, there are some traces of the virus, none is tested positive.
                        As of recent, about 1082 people are infected while 624 deaths have been recorded. This is the largest Ebola outbreak ever.
