There were two explosions in the two different locations on June 25th,Abuja (North central, Nigeria)at a mall, and Lagos(South-western Nigeria) in a fuel bank. Although, the explosion in Lagos recorded no casualty, that of Abuja claimed many lives,at least 22 people. However the Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau, claimed responsibility of the two attacks which he claimed he ordered the bomber who detonated it.
I believe this is giving Lagos a warning to be more vigilant as this is already coming to southern part. Close to that period, there was also an explosion in Ile-Ife, Osun state, south-western part of Nigeria which also claimed no live but the incident was also covered up to avoid any form panic. I just feel the state governments should be more vigilant and make precautionary measures toward the recurrence of this before it gets worse...
