Alcohol is one of commonest
when it comes to social connection of people, engaging oneself in leisure etc.

has just been reported that, to an extent, alcohol drinking could be beneficial
to the body most especial the HEART. A recent study showed that light or moderate
alcohol intake could be good for the heart. It went further defining moderate
drinking being at the range of 0.6-0.8 fluid ounce per day, 17-23 ml(about 175
ml of wine glass). The study which was carried out by 155 researchers from UK,
continental Europe, North America and Australia extracted and analysed their
data about habit of drinking and health of the heart from 56 epidemiological
studies covering about 260,000 European decent. Result showed that the lower
alcohol consumers actually have averagely reduced risk, of 10%, of coronary
heart disease, reduced blood pressure and Body Mass Index (BMI). It is further
concluded that reduced acohol consumption, majorly from moderate to light,
could even lead to IMPROVED cardiovascular health.
It is vivid now that too
much of everything is not good, while average could even be beneficial rather
than having no effect. We can create a better world and better living by just
imbibing in the little habit. Take average of like 20 ml of alcohol per day and
you’ll be good for the rest of your i.e if you have no other health
