PERIODIC FASTING COULD REDUCE THE RISK OF HAVING DIABETES



             
                 I don't know about you,but me, I keep away from fasting. I usually wonder how people find it so comfortable fasting for 30 days , 40 days. Well, they say, " No Pain, No gain" .By you keeping your mouth from food for long hours (hydrating) it has a lot of advantages. I once read that fasting and eating less of protein and very less of carbohydrate could reduce the risk of having cancer as the cell cant survive without them but human cells can. Now researches have found that fasting also can reduce the risk of having diabetes even fighting it when its still in the stage of what is called prediabetes : a state where the amount of glucose in the body is high but not enough to be called diabetes.
                 Diabetes is very dangerous and its not well known like other diseases like cancer,HIV to be deadly eventhough it claims a lot of lives yearly. Here is part of the consequences apart from the symptoms such as fatigue, blurred vision, frequent urination, tingling or pains in the hand, feet or leg ;
