Mtv has been encouraging hiphop culture in youth for many years now with their headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. Very soon,the highly recognised annual MAMA award will take place where the Nigerain young pop megastar ,WIZKID and Nigeria's foremost indegienous rapper, PHYNO are in the line-up to taking at least an award home. Aside that, other artistes that are nominated will be performing are Tiwa Savage, Flavour, Fuse ODG, Mafikizolo,Davido, Goldfish, Heavy K, Ice Prince, JD, KCEE, Khuli Chana, Kyle Lewis, LCNVL, Lizha James, Mafikizolo, Matthew Mole, May D, Mi Casa, Michael Lowman, Nakhane Toure, Nelson Freitas, Olamide, Oskido, P SquareTrey Songz etc. Keep ya fingas crossed
