For over 50 days now that some secondary school girl have been missing in one of the schools in Borno state (North-eastern part of Nigeria). All effort to bring these girl back,physically,verbally,internet,even other countries trying to help out have all proven abortive.Though, recently,the federal government is on the thought of negotiating with these Islamic sect. but this also has generated a lot of arguments.
In Abuja (capital of Nigeria ,located at the central),there has been a non-stop protest against this move urging the Federal Government to act fast.But lately,the protest has been banned by the police commission claiming to be for security reasons and also,its already getting to a point of creating nuisance to the government.Terrorist issues cannot be solved in blink of an eye. Though this case will be taken to court reversing this effect as said by Lawyer Femi Falana.
Remember that in Nyanya (in Abuja),there was a massive bomb blast which claimed up to 200 lives and also one that happened in Jos. Must the world fold their arms on this?What is the role of the UN in this?How are we going to #bringbackourgirls ?
