LOW LEVEL OF VITAMIN D IN THE BODY COULD CAUSE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

A recent study just showed that LOW level of Vitamin D in the body may cause hypersensitivity as earlier study had show a strong drive between Vitamin D and High blood Pressure, though a direct cause and effect is not yet known. Vitamin D could simply be acquired by just exposing oneself to sunlight between the period of 10-11.30 am while one can get it from foods such as Yogurt, Cereal, Salmon, Orange juice(natural), Codliver oil, Fish, Oysters, etc.

However, scientists are still working on the effectiveness of Vitamin D to reducing the level of Hypersensitivity so as to further learn more on whether Vitamin D would be effective for the treatment of High-Blood-Pressure  related illness. Get Informed
